My First D-SLR SOLD!!

My 1st D-SLR I have is Nikon D60, bought this year on 24th of May for B$1098.00 at Hua Ho Manggis Mall during NIKON roadshow first ever in Brunei. Today, just used it for about 5 months, I sold it to my friend for B$600.00. Reasons for selling it, I need more features out of my camera such as Higher ISO rating with less noise, more lenses compatibility and the feel of having a professional camera...hahaha. So, for my new D-SLR camera, I bought the latest Nikon D90 from ShaShinKi.com which I got it last month 14th October.

Dinner @ The Airport Restaurant

1st November 2008, me & my family have dinner buffet at The Airport Restaurant & Coffee Shop. The restaurant dinner buffet theme for the night is "Malaysian Food Festival". So basically all the food are cook in malaysian style...yummy!! for the price of adult=B$36 & children=B$22 ...too expensive since oil price dropped 50%..!!!

On my plate: Nasi putih, Nasi Briyani, Kueh Tiaw Goreng Penang, Telur Goreng Oyster, Ayam Masak Putih, Udang Masak Pedas, Grill Lamb, Grill Chicken, Lekor with ayer suam & teh tarek. No sweet drinks were served!! & no Nescafe!!


My 2nd plate: Keropok Udang, Kupang Masak Lemak, Satay Ayam, Udang Masak Pedas(good one) & Umai Sarawak.

BMT on Newspaper

19th October 2008, Brunei Mount Trekker team is on the newspaper SUNDAY Borneo Bulletin (2nd last page). A short story of BMT members in action for the Borneo International Marathon 2008 in Kota Kinabalu. A short story by Razak and their picture taken by ME!!!

"The Brunei Trekker Team(BTT) took part in the Borneo International Marathon 2008 in Kota Kinabalu recently. Six members from BTT participated in the 10km Run and the other two members gave us moral support. Race categories consisted of the Full Marathon, Half Marathon Run and 10km Run. More than 300 runners participated in the 10km Run which was opened internationally including six of us from Brunei. All of us improved our own individual times and completed the race less than 1 hour 17 min. Three of our team members finished the race less than one hour while one of us (Wahid) finished the race in 4th position. Photo shows the six Brunei Trekker Team members - Razak"
